Using Koa

These Terms of Use apply to Koa Baby Tracker, offered by ApplixLab. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app store’s license terms may also apply to your download and use of the app.

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country and use the app as a parent, guardian or authorised caregiver. Koa is not designed for children to create their own accounts.

Your account and records

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information where it matters to the app’s features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the records you enter. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the app and the features you choose, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data and delete your account in Settings → Your data. Deletion is permanent and may affect family members who rely on a family you own.

Family sharing

You may invite others to view or add to a family’s records. Only invite people you trust and set their access permissions appropriately. People you invite may see sensitive child and family information. You are responsible for managing the invitations and permissions for families you own.

Premium and billing

Some actions, including saving records, using Koa chat, inviting caregivers and exporting reports, require Koa Premium. Reading existing records remains available without a subscription. The current price, billing period and any eligible trial are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store account. Cancelling generally leaves Premium active through the paid period. Store terms govern charges, taxes, refunds and billing issues. One active owner subscription extends Premium features to members of that family.

AI and health information

Koa chat, charts, growth references and reports can help you organise information, but they may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for professional care. Check important details and seek a qualified health professional for medical decisions. Read the full Disclaimer.

Responsible use

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not try to access someone else’s account or records, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, or upload content you have no right to share. We may restrict access if necessary to protect users or the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Koa reliable, but features may change and online services may occasionally be unavailable. Offline access and syncing depend on your device and connection. We may update the app and these terms, with the revised date shown here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Limits and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Koa is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, unavailable connections or reliance on general health information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer rights in your country.
